Sarah Trussell
Working as an Associate Regional Director for Latin America to bring transformational education to the region, equipping the vision of TeachBeyond.
TeachBeyond's vision: As followers of Jesus we are a global community providing transformational education to children and adults. We provide teaching and learning services in order to see individuals and communities become all God intends, promoting holistic personal growth and enduring social benefit.
TeachBeyond Latin America includes 7 schools, 4 language centers and many other education projects such as camps and seminaries. We are also partnered with many other institutions around the region living out transformational education.
My responsibilities are:
- EQUIP: Coordinate professional development for staff, Provide support and accountability to program directors, Mentor workers in leadership
- ENCOURAGE: Advise and pray with workers, Visit programs, Share stories of transformation
- EMPOWER: Participate on school boards, Connect programs with marketing and business development services
